The first pic is what I ordered, the second is what I got, for the same price. Probably could have gotten that at United for 1/5 the cost. They did call me and tell me that they were going to have to make substitutions, but this was a little to much. When I went by the store to pick it up, I told the lady, this is not what I expected it to look like. She said she could change it, but it was late in the afternoon, and I was ready to be home. Ultimately, it’s a third world problem, I just wish they would have gone into greater detail about what it would actually look like. Glad I didn’t have it delivered!!! I don’t see myself buying flowers again, from any store.

I had an amazing experience at this flower shop! I stopped in to get flowers for my girlfriend, and the arrangement turned out absolutely stunning — she loved them. Morgan and Robin were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and created a bouquet that was even better than I imagined. Thank you, Morgan and Robin, for the fantastic service and for helping me make my girlfriend’s day. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone!

My daughter‘s father-in-law died on Christmas. Because we are too far away and elderly we weren’t able to attend the funeral. We had what was supposed to be a large growing plant of a peace lily sent for the funeral. It was nothing like the picture on the website. When my daughter brought it home and we saw it today, it looked awful. It was just pieces of plants (not A plant ) stuck in artificial flower foam. When I’ve been to other funerals, they were real plants in soil. I will never order from them again. Thank God, my daughter brought it home or I would’ve thought this beautiful plant I ordered according to their website had arrived from my husband and I. Extremely disappointed.
