Allen's Flowers & Plants' flowers are absolutely beautiful, and their customer service is even better. On Saturday afternoon, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend in Chula Vista. The flowers were delivered that same afternoon. Unfortunately, there was some sort of snafu and they weren't delivered to the correct address. As soon as the problem became apparent, Kaylee at Allen's Flowers tried to get it resolved. When that wasn't possible, another arrangement was delivered to the correct address on Sunday. No questions asked, Allen's Flowers stood by its 100% satisfaction guaranteed promise. As I said, the flowers are lovely. I intend to use Allen's Flowers & Plants whenever I want to send flowers again in San Diego. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Kaylee!
