I live in SD and was able to place an order over the phone. Customer service exceeded all expectations! Thank you for making my mom’s birthday special from afar! Definitely recommend . EDIT: Also I’m reposting this post with the picture of the flower arrangement attached that was from Allen’s Flower Market. (The middle flowers) It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. My mom loved it and my brother said the flowers looked really expensive lol

I was sent a message that we should send flowers to our loved ones when they are alive not at the funerals. On Saturday morning, I was prompted to send these flowers to my mother. Allen’s flower market made the whole experience, easy and quickly were delivered. Thank you. You guys always do a great job.

I would give Allen’s a 5 star rating for the quality of the arrangement and the fullness of the flowers, but there were some delivery issues. I ordered a deluxe standing sympathy arrangement to be delivered before noon on Saturday to a church in Hollywood where a memorial service was being held. I requested that the flowers be delivered inside the church in the main sanctuary area, and placed in front of or near the altar. Even though the front gate was open and the church was open long before noon, they left the flowers outside in front of a back fence in the parking lot. They never made it to the memorial I purchased them for. Happily they were discovered the following morning and brought inside for the church service, so all was not lost, but I was very disappointed.

Fast and friendly customer service. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and fully met my expectations. It was delivered promptly and a photo was taken by the delivery person to show me when and where it was delivered. I appreciate their service and would use them again. Same-day service is so appreciated.

I love working with local retailers because of their extra care and enthusiasm for helping their community. Allen's Florist didn't disappoint: they made it easy to order and customize, created an absolutely beautiful arrangement, delivered it quickly and brought a lot of joy to my son. Thank you!
