Excellent service, top notch quality and they're very attentive, grabbed some roses last minute for a high profile celebrity meet and greet and they did the best design of one of the characters they potray on screen (see picture for reference), during the meet and greet, I presented to her she absolutely loved it. Later on we took a photo op with the rose arrangement per her request and she said it definitely made her day, so thank you for that memory 🥀👐 Definitely the best in Orange County, Thank you for everything 🙂

Showed up on Valentine’s Day because the listing said it was OPEN. When I arrived, they ignored me for 20-30 mins as they focused on preorders. When they finally noticed me, they said they weren’t taking any walk-in orders and simply said “pick from the premade bouquets”- but they were all sold out. I get it, this place is popular but I felt completely ignored and I don’t feel like I’ll be making the drive to buy from them again.
