Order number 30013 I have sent this to your email address and through your website with no response. I can’t make voice calls at my current location. Hello, It seems the delivery to my wife today (14 Feb) was missing items. She absolutely loved the sunflower arrangement, but when I asked about the balloons and candy she said she didn’t receive any. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was/am. I have used you exclusively for well over a decade and have never been disappointed until now. No need to attempt deliver now, the impact and excitement I was hoping the delivery would have is somewhat muted now. Again great job on the arrangement but you failed in the execution. I am deployed 7 months out of the year so these gestures to my wife of 37 years are important to me and her. Sincerely, Alex Johns

Absolutely stunning bouquet! I sent flowers to my momma for her birthday today. I typically use urban stems but couldn’t get delivery in time so used angelic florist. I am SO GLAD I DID. Will only use them for mom going forward. The bouquet is absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for making her day so awesome!! Fabulous arrangement and dependable delivery! It made her feel super special on her big day!

My brother ordered me these flowers for my 60th birthday. I was so disappointed in the service and the condition of the flowers. The photos doesn’t do it justice. This is not what he ordered.

The bouquets was absolutely beautiful! Its been 5 days, flowers are still blooming. I absolutely love enjoy their smells and the vibrant colors. Definitely go to florist!

My wedding was Friday, June 17th (@ Myrtle Beach). I picked up my bouquet that Thursday (16th). My "only" instructions was to put my flowers in the fridge...which I did as soon as I arrived to the hotel. The morning of my wedding...I took my bouquet out of the the fridge and noticed how it was turning brown. I was very upset and thought there was a way to try and salvage them. So I put them back in the fridge and an hour before my wedding they had turned completely brown. Now I'm on the phone with Ursula explaining what happened...while my daughter was on the phone with a local florist trying to get me an emergency bouquet (thank God they came to the rescue). I called Ursula back on Tuesday requesting a refund from the cost of the emergency bouquet ($70). Ursula was less than professional and was only offering to go half ($35). So it was clear to me after all the money we spent for my bouquet and my petals...she could careless if I didn't have a bouquet for my wedding...and she definitely loss a potential customer!!!!
