I received these flowers in hand from the delivery driver today. Unfortunately, they arrived already torn, dry, and visibly dying—nothing like what was advertised. I took photos within a minute of receiving them, and the condition was clearly unacceptable. When we raised concerns, the shop only offered a voucher or a different arrangement—neither of which addressed the fact that the original gift was ruined. Even worse, the person we spoke with had the audacity to suggest the flowers had been rearranged after delivery, despite my photos being taken just moments apart. The lack of accountability and integrity was honestly appalling. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Called from Wisconsin and had amazing service. Flowers were delivered promptly even though I called the day of. I appreciate you guys! Today is a very hard day for my grandmother and you guys helped to make it a little better! Thank YOU!!

I first used this company two years ago, as I wanted to schedule a birthday delivery for my friend who lives in El Paso (I live out of state). When they delivered, they forgot the balloons with the flowers, but after calling, they offered to head back with the balloons and some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience. Flash forward to now, they reached out to me a few days ago and asked if I was interested in scheduling another floral delivery because they noticed that my friend's birthday was coming up again. I thought it was considerate for the business to reach out, and because they did rectify the situation from last time, I decided to give them another chance and schedule another delivery. Unfortunately, it once again did not go well. I call back no more than 20 minutes after placing the initial order over the phone to request the delivery date be changed from Monday to Sunday since my friend wasn't going to be home. I asked the rep on the phone multiple times if that would be okay and she confirmed it wouldn't be a problem. However, they ended up delivering on the wrong date anyways (luckily someone else was home). When I called back, they didn't apologize or anything, just claimed that didn't have my request on record, and a "well it's being delivered today, so?" response. It's evident that their communication within the business is rather unorganized, and honestly not worth it for the price. Although these issues are minor, I'd rather just look into another floral shop for my friend next year than go through this again.

Excellent service. I walked in last minute and they were super helpful. Beautiful flowers. Specially Sam, GREAT service all around .

I spoke to Abby on the phone ad was in need of same day delivery… she was SO helpful in discussing different flowers and colors to assist me in creating a special and beautiful arrangement. I called back after delivery to compliment the AMAZING arrangement my friend received…Abby and florist Lily are AWESOME 🌺🌼🌻
