I created an order online and checked out with Apple Pay, and at no point was there a dialog box available to provide notes for the arrangement. This is important since I have cats and need an arrangement that is cat safe. I decided to check out and just contact them by email to add the note to my order. When my arrangement was delivered, I recognized flowers/greens that were not cat safe and called the florist give them a chance to correct the issues. I explained the situation and was told that they thought eucalyptus and chrysanthemums were cat safe, which is not true. I walked through the ordering process and explained that I sent an email since I was not able to make a note with the order. Well, the email was clearly missed, and they simply said that they could replace the arrangement but didn't think anything else would be cat safe and they aren't making custom orders today. So, I asked for a refund since their system was broken, and I have an arrangement that I would need to rip flowers out of to make safe. Instead, I was told their system was not broken, and they didn't want to do a refund because it wasn't their fault, the website is a third-party provider. Well, obviously if you can't read your emails because you're too busy and Apple Pay doesn't provide a "special instruction" text box then your system is not working how it should be working. Therefore, its broken. I tried to kindly reiterate this point and was met with frantic frustration as they yelled at me that they would refund me and hung up. That's what I was asking for to begin with, so why go through the hassle of saying managing your third-party website is not your responsibility. Anyways, no flowers are worth taking your pets to the emergency room over and clearly this florist doesn't know what is cat safe or have the capacity to understand when their ordering system has flaws. So, I'll be looking for a florist that cares to not injure my pets. The flowers were mid anyways. Some flowers were already wilting, and the water looks like it hasn't been changed for a few days. For perspective, this arrangement was $120. Photos were taken the same day as delivery. Note to owners: Try placing an order with Apple Pay, you'll notice that once you select "check out with Apple Pay" you are redirected to the Apple Pay splash screed rather than being directed to the next webpage with the "special instruction" text box. This process is broken if you can't reliably check your emails. Edit: In response to the response from the owner It's incredible that I included a screenshot in this review that directly contradicts your statements and you still can't find the issue. If you order directly from the product page then click straight into Apple Pay, you will not get the option for "Special Instructions". You are checking out through the "my cart" page. See screenshot for reference. It is, sadly, clear that you have had this argument before and now assume you're correct. You're not. It's exquisite that you are openly stating that you can't be responsible to identify toxic plants and make arrangements that are none toxic to pets. Then, you solution to that is, supervision and placement. MY solution is not to introduce it my house, which is why your arrangement is in the dump. For others you suggest supervision and PLACEMENT. Should I put the cats in a closet or the flowers? The only places my cats can't get into are closed closets and the top of my cabinets, neither of which are where I like to enjoy my flower arrangements. Hence the request for a cat safe arrangement. Literally your fix is put the flowers somewhere you won't be able to enjoy them. WOW. You only offered apologies until I pushed for a replacement. Based on another review, you like to give apologies rather than fix your mistakes. Then, you said that no custom orders could be made, and you still didn't think you could make something cat safe. So, I asked for a refund, it was not offered. It's fun that you call slamming the phone "concluding the call". Makes you sound professional or something.

This is the second time my husband has bought me flowers from here and they’ve wilted within a few days. The first three photos are from day three and the last three photos are from day four. At day seven, the only thing still alive were the two carnations. The day they were delivered was a cool day, so it’s not like they got hot. I’ve asked him not to order from here again.

Arapahoe Floral accommodated my last minute request for a custom arrangement just as they were closing. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I loved the arrangement! I can see why they are highly rated. I will definitely be back!

Update 09/02 - My wife ordered flowers for my b-day, 8/28, or 5 days ago. A simple arrangement without vase for $51. It didn't come with a food packet so we added a little sugar as suggested by Google. The hydrangea died within 24 hours. What you see in the pic were beautiful replacements from Safeway which have now outlasted every other flower in the arrangement. 2 of the three roses are dead, and the carnations are not far behind. I am not sure how this place is at a 4.8 overall review. Maybe people don't expect their cut flowers to last a week. I do. Again, I buy from Safeway, Kings and Walmart pretty frequently, and they ALL last longer (and cost far less) than these VERY expensive flowers from Araphoe Floral. I won't be going back. Update 08/17, four days after delivery. The roses have all died already! I had given a 5 star review assuming they would last at least as long as flowers I regularly get from my local Safeway and Walmart, but the roses are completely folded over and sad. Frankly, 3 stars is generous given the price paid. The flowers delivered matched the picture on the web site perfectly, and they were beautiful! The ordering process was very easy and delivery the same day is impressive. My wife was delighted and her whole office was jealous. And they smell great! If I have one criticism, it's the cost. $116 for a medium sized arrangement including tax and delivery $15) is a lot. I guess it's how the whole industry has gone, but it does not seem like great value.

This review is regarding my experience. I ordered and prayed for a bouquet for my daughter’s senior game day a month in advance. Obviously, this is a once in a lifetime game. I asked for the flowers to be done at 2:15. The person taking my order Said she would make the pick up time 1:45 just to be safe. When I arrived at 2:15 exactly to pick up the arrangement They had not even started it. This was my first issue The person I spoke to started horridly grabbing flowers and said she would be done in five minutes. I told her at that time that the arrangement not being completed would probably make me late. She apologized, saying that they had had a very busy day. Around her or three other florist, completing what appeared to be wedding centerpieces. One of the florist made eye contact When I said this And then looked away. I’m quite certain all three of the florist. Heard what I said. This was a Thursday afternoon, possibly someone is having a wedding on a Thursday afternoon. But probably they were not and the flowers were for Friday or Saturday. That moment anyone of the three other florist could’ve stepped in And helped what was obviously a much newer and much more inexperienced girl that was attempting to pull my arrangement together. They did not. That is my second issue. Ultimately the arrangement was not done in five minutes. It was done in 17 minutes meaning that I left the florist 20 minutes late. This of course, made me 20 minutes late to my arrival, and I had not only flowers, but also my daughter’s poster and name announcement with me. When I arrived at the field, five of the six seniors had their posters and name, announcements and flowers. The parents were already taking pictures. My daughter had nothing. She was not in Most of the pictures due to embarrassment. The ones that she was in our group pictures which quite obviously showed That her items were not present. This was my third and final issue I cannot repeat this day for this experience. Nor can I take back the embarrassment my daughter felt on what should’ve been her most special game. These games are designed to make players feel celebrated for all of their hard work and leadership. My daughter certainly did not feel celebrated. I was only able to get a couple of pictures Of my daughter and none of her with the group. I cannot tell you how disappointing this is. I timed everything out to be perfect. If someone is five minutes late on something it’s understand. But at the end of the day, they were 50 minutes late. And that is completely unacceptable. For a very small bouquet of flowers I had paid close to $100. And included a tip for the employee. The third issue She was so disappointed that my son’s went and got her another bouquet of flowers from King Soopers. That bouquet Was $59. Here are pictures of both sets of flowers. The red roses were $59. The pink flowers were $100. I chose this highly rated florist to do the arrangement Because I did not want to deal with pickup inconsistency or lack of quality on this special day by purchasing the flowers at a grocery store. But in the end, the flowers in the grocery store were much more beautiful, much less expensive, And my pick up experience ruined the day. I would never recommend this florist. 50 minutes late is completely unacceptable. Other florist not stepping in to try to help this much Florist is also unacceptable. The fact that I was never offered compensation refund bigger bouquet, etc. when they very well knew that they had made me late, was also extremely Unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism ruined, my daughter’s celebratory day.
