I had such a wonderful experience with Arlington Flower Shop! The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful — fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully put together. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Stefanie went above and beyond when the original delivery couldn’t be completed because the receptionist wouldn’t allow the flowers to be dropped off. Instead of giving up, she personally made sure the arrangement was re-delivered. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. Because of Stefanie’s professionalism and commitment, everything worked out perfectly. I’m so grateful for the extra effort and highly recommend Arlington Flower Shop to anyone looking for not just gorgeous flowers, but outstanding service as well! 🌸

I CANNOT LOVE this flower shop any more than I did today. As a long-standing customer, I’ve come to expect the customer service and quality they regularly provide, but today was the best. On THE BUSIEST day of the year, I walked in with my 8-year-old twins (teaching them early that Momma deserves flowers) and Chante paused and treated them like they were the only customers in the shop. She asked them questions to guide what arrangement I may like, she reminded them that their Momma would always be their biggest and best love, and then she and Becca (absolutely adorable and incredibly helpful) produced the two most perfect floral bunches that I could have imagined. Speechless. I LOVE THEM. This will be a Valentine’s Day illustration never forget. Thank you, Chante. You made my whole day and helped me teach my boys a standard I expect them to keep as they grow into young men.

Wow, this place smells amazing. They are so friendly, and acknowledged me right away. They brought me out various amazing smelling flowers. In just a few minutes we picked out everything, talked price point, and she had put together a beautiful arrangement for me. So fresh. Smells amazing. I love them. Thank you for the wonderful service. I'll be back.

I’ve been using Arlington Flower Shop for almost a year now, and their work is consistently top-notch. The flowers are always high quality, and the staff is friendly, positive, and very knowledgeable—they really help you bring your vision to life.
