Been coming to Ashley for a year now for all my flower needs and she NEVER disappoints! 5 stars is not high enough for all the wonderful service she provides along with the great array of flowers and price range! I always tell her the occasion, what I want the flowers "to say" and my price range and she ALWAYS delivers far and away what I ask! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Ashley!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement my fiancé’s recieved for his birthday. I spoke with the store prior to placing the order to ensure everything would match what was shown, and was assured it would. However, what was delivered looks nothing like the photo advertised. I paid $100 expecting a specific design, including details like baby’s breath, which was clearly part of the original look. If certain elements weren’t available or the arrangement couldn’t be recreated accurately, I should have been informed before the order was accepted. I also made it clear that it was for a male and the flower shop still decided to place a pink bow on the vase. I thought I was going to find a forever home for purchasing flowers and unfortunately not. The first photo is what was recieved yesterday the 2nd photo is what was ordered.

I had a beautiful bouquet sent to my daughter. I live far away and was feeling like my baby needed to know how much her mom missed her❤️ The place I wanted them delivered was difficult access and could not be delivered there. My daughter’s friend was able to pick them up at the store BUT wouldn’t be off before the store closed. Ashley knew how important it was to me that my daughter knew I was thinking of her on this day. She not only stayed open a couple minutes later, but she walked out and delivered them to the car!!❤️ She was so thoughtful during the entire process,incredibly communicative and very very accessible. I will never use a different florist in Detroit. Please support this local business and you will be thrilled with the personalized customer service and beauty of the product. Thank you so much, Ashley. My daughter loved the bouquet!

Ashley did an excellent job. Spoke to her several times and gave her my request. The arrangement came out beautifully. Definitely did more than her competition. Will definitely be using and recommending Ashley's Flowers over and over again. Thank you 🙂 Update July 2025: Ashley has done it again. Our flowers were beautiful. Ashley Flowers is our go-to for all of our floral needs. Update: November 2025---Simply Outstanding. Exceeded every expectation I imagined. Exactly as depicted on the picture. Delivered on time, beautiful and fresh. It is unfortunate that the flowers could not be delivered on Sunday as that was the day of the birthday but it’s a very minor inconvenience.
