I’m so disappointed! I have ordered arrangements from this shop for years. I made an order on Thursday night to be delivered today. It was a valentine arrangement for my mom, she never received the arrangement. I called at 12:50 before them closing to ask what was going on with my order. I called more than 5 times they never answered the phone. Hopefully, the owner can refund the money back because I don’t need the arrangement for Monday. I needed it for today that’s why I ordered in advance. Last time i will be ordering from here. So irresponsible. Just an update I’m happy the owner refunded the money back and she also sent my mom a complimentary Gift today. Thank you 🙏🏻

Today, the Management Department celebrated Administrative Professionals Day in the Strome College of Business. We are grateful to have worked with Belinda Florist--the flowers they put together are gorgeous. Working with Belinda Florist was so easy. I made a quick call two days before the delivery, they made the arrangements, sent me a text of the pictures before the delivery, and texted when they arrived at our building on campus. So, thank you not only for helping us celebrate our amazing colleagues, but for making the process smooth.

Belinda knows her stuff. Shop is full of beautiful works of art central location in norfolk. I went in and was given the advice I needed to make my project happen. Great place and great service

I placed an order for 2 Friday deliveries on a Thursday. The selection online made it hard to choose, but I found what I wanted. Both recipients were ecstatic with their orders and they were perfect. Several days later, flowers for both are still fresh as the first day! I’m so glad this business is local, close to me and delivers. I will be using again and recommending to everyone! Thank you!

Belinda went above and beyond to accommodate my family with a funeral arrangement with just hour's notice. She is very kind and professional. It was beautiful ! I highly recommend her for any of your floral needs. God bless you Mrs Belinda. You touched the hearts of many today with your awesome talent!
