This place doesn’t even deserve one star! My sisters and I ordered what we thought was a lovely arrangement from their website for the passing our dear brother in law’s father. What was delivered was a poor excuse of an arrangement. I was embarrassed to present it as a token of our heartfelt condolences. To the florist who carried out the order: Please take some pride in the work you’re doing. A flower arrangement conveys a special message for any occasion that should be handled with dignity and respect. Don’t scam your customers with false advertising.

Very disappointed, I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, of the three options they had of the bouquet I liked, I paid the most expensive one. When I arrived to pick it up, it didn't look anything like the one shown online, I asked about the missing flowers and the lady explained to me that some flowers had been replaced. but I insisted that they give me all the missing roses. The flowers lasted only three days.

I used Bella Flor for my wedding and I was so pleased with their floral arrangements. Freddy and Monica were very helpful and everything came out beautiful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a florist

I had to get a corsage and butunoire last minute for my daughter's prom. I called and spoke to the artist, went to the store, and showed her a picture of my daughter's dress for color. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and it was done in less than an hour.

I called Bella Flor the day before delivery to have an arrangement sent to a nearby funeral home on behalf of my family. I gave the gentleman, Fred, who attended me over the phone a price range and requested they make a piece unlike the average sprays as I didn’t want a duplicate bouquet (which there were). I was not disappointed. It was absolutely beautiful and the receiving family thought so too. Thank you for the great customer service and beautiful and unique flower arrangement!
