Ben White Florist rocks! UPS lost a birthday box being sent to my adult son in Austin and it was so sad to think of him with no gifts on his birthday and sitting in a new town. So I went to chatgpt and asked what shop in Austin could do same day delivery and they sent me to Ben White and am I glad they did! They were amazing and helpful on the phone, helping me come up with a bouquet that would work and they managed to get it there within 3 hours of when I called. And for a great price. Since then I've found out that they have a store kitty (an orange tabby) as well and if I didn't live 1000 miles away, I would be there all of the time! Attached is the beautiful bouquet they put together in record time.

Stopped by Ben White Florist today to pick up a bouquet and immediately realized two things: 1. The flowers looked amazing. 2. I should probably buy flowers more often because this is an easy way to look like a thoughtful human. The arrangement was fresh, colorful, and way better than the sad last-minute flowers you find at the grocery store. Pickup was quick and the staff was super friendly. If you’re looking for a great florist in Austin for fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements, Ben White Florist is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

Great floral selections both online and in person. They have a lot more unique bouquet assortments compared to other places in the area that I’ve seen so far. I’ve also ordered floral arrangements to be delivered on future dates several times and they’re always delivered on schedule with no issues/damages to the flowers.

When my daughter passed away, I knew planning her service was the last thing I would ever do for her and needed it to be special. I searched Pinterest until I found the right flowers. A set of the most beautiful bouquets, wreaths and spray I had ever seen. I tried all the florists near the funeral home, but was told no way - we can't/won't make that. I went to Ben White Florist and they looked at my pictures and listened to me describe what I needed between sobs. And they MADE IT HAPPEN! They even delivered them even though it was outside of their area. I was able to turn the wreath into a dried flower arrangement and it still hangs on my wall. I went there today, almost 2 years later to return the stands and vases and they were just as kind today. Thank you Ben White Florist for helping her service be as lovely as it was.
