Ana the owner is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with over the phone. I do not recommend supporting this business whatsoever Adding: I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I placed a $139 flower order through DoorDash for my boss and called the store to confirm the order. From the beginning, the owner was rude and aggressive. Instead of helping answer my question, she immediately told me not to order through DoorDash and said they reject all DoorDash orders. If that’s the case, I’m not sure why the store is even listed on DoorDash. I calmly asked whether she would be accepting or rejecting my order so I could make other arrangements if needed. She continued to be hostile and unhelpful, so I told her I would check the app and call back. When I checked, the app showed that my order had been accepted and was being prepared. However, it also showed that if I canceled, I would only receive $11.98 back out of the $139 I spent. That was obviously concerning. I called the store again, and she claimed she had denied the order — which made no sense, since my app clearly showed it was being prepared. In my experience, if a store denies an order, DoorDash notifies you immediately so you can order elsewhere. That did not happen here. She was not helpful in resolving the confusion at all. I ultimately had to call DoorDash directly to explain the situation and thankfully was able to get a full refund through them. Very unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend ordering from here, especially through DoorDash.

I ordered 6 custom floral arrangements with sliced lemons in the jar for my daughter's bridal shower. Her theme was "She found her main squeeze". The arrangements were BEAUTIFUL! Everyone at the shower complimented on how beautiful the centerpieces looked. I was amazed at the great job that Renni did with this floral arrangement! This was my first time working with Bixby Knolls Florist, but you can bet it will not be my last. I was very impressed from the beginning when I got on a call with Renni, her customer service was excellent! She was so sweet and kind to work with. I was totally sold when Renni told me that she would send me a replica of the arrangement that I would receive. When we received the arrangements at the venue, it was exactly like the photo she had sent to me. I was running a little late to the venue, but when I arrived the beautiful floral arrangements were setup on the tables, it was breathtaking! Also, I ordered an arrangement of yellow Gladiolus in a tall vase to sit on the dessert table. They were equally as beautiful! Renni, kudos to you and Bixby Knolls Florist, you are my new florist for every occasion! Thank you!

They did a beautiful job incorporating our preference for colorful flowers in a sympathy arrangement that was tasteful and elegant. Excellent service and attention to detail.

I received a surprise spring bouquet and it was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. It lasted perfectly for days so rather than keep it to myself I took it to my favorite restaurant for them to display there where it was enjoyed for Easter and the week after. Thank you so much!
