I ordered $750 worth of flowers for my baby shower. The flowers did not look anything like what I ordered. They were yellow instead of white which was extremely disappointing since the yellow clashed with the theme of my shower. The flowers are still beautiful but for $750, I feel as though I should have gotten what I paid for. I understand that items run out of stock, but I was never notified of this. I was never offered any compensation for this as well. I will add that they did deliver by the time they said they would but when the delivery arrived I was informed that one of the vases completely tipped over and all of the water fell out.

The flowers are fresh and my mother-in-law loves them, which is what matters most. That said, the arrangement looks quite different from the one I ordered. I understand substitutions happen depending on the time of year, but the colors, overall style, and vase arent quite the same. The design pictured online features deep purples + light greens with unique accents in a short vase—it gives modern & luxe. The bouquet my MIL received has a lot more pinks in a taller vase and leaned more traditional overall. Carnations & ferns replaced some of what I was most excited about, like the thistles, hydrangeas, bunny tail grass, and seeded eucalyptus/dangly pieces (though, in fairness, I’m probably misidentifying some). It’s still a pretty bouquet (we love the green orchid w/the fuchsia speckly center), just not as close to the original design as I expected for the price.

Great experience! Was calling from Los Angeles to arrange tulips delivery for my girlfriend that lives close to Chicago and it was international women's day … So the chances was little but lady from this flower shop stepped in my shoes and easy solved the problem ! Besides that flowers quality are great ! Packaging is great! Handwritten note was unique and yes in AI era I admire humans touch! Thank you!

I wrote a similar review for their other shop, but I couldn’t be happier with my experience using this same day flower delivery service as well. Once again, the owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with, making everything feel effortless from the moment I placed the order. The flowers were gorgeous - vibrant, thoughtfully arranged, and even better than I expected. You can really tell how much pride and care goes into their work. I would confidently recommend this florist to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and outstanding, reliable service.
