I placed an order for flowers on 2/3 for delivery on 2/4. On 2/4, I received no confirmation or communication, so I called to ask whether the flowers had been delivered. The employee I spoke with told me they were delivered. Since I ordered them on behalf of a coworker, I had to check with multiple office staff and building management, all of whom confirmed the flowers had never arrived. If I had not followed up myself, I would have been left believing the flowers were delivered when they were not. At no point did the business proactively inform me that the delivery had failed, and had instead lied saying they were delivered. I followed up again on 2/10 and was told I would receive a callback. When they finally called me back, they said the flowers had just been sent out — nearly a week late — and only after I had called multiple times to check. They also substituted the wagon I originally ordered with a vase without asking for my approval. No one confirmed whether I still wanted the flowers delivered a week late, nor did they ask whether the substitution was acceptable. I would not have agreed to either. When I contacted the owner to request a refund or at least a partial discount due to the delay and lack of communication, they were dismissive and insisted that I had been informed of everything, which is not accurate. Based on this experience, I fully expect a response attempting to justify what happened. However, the timeline above reflects exactly how events unfolded. If reliability, communication, and accountability matter to you, I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

I bought some flowers from them for Valentine’s Day. When I receive the flowers, first thing I noticed is the water to the bottom of the flowers was dirty, then I noticed it had no plant food for the flowers. By the fourth day, the flowers was healed over welding by the fifth day the flowers were dead, all bent over hanging from the vase. I didn’t call Boston blooms where the Customer Service was absolutely atrocious. As I mentioned something about the flowers, the gentleman began to talk to me in a very condescending tone before the conversation was over. It was most definitely a disrespectful attitude taken with me. I was told Boss and blooms only guarantees their flowers for one day after a back-and-forth, the gentleman said to me, there’s nothing I can do for you and hung the phone up on me. I then called back 8-10 Times, they then refused to answer the phone when I call back. Everyone in the store sat around and just watched the phone ring and would not answer. I eventually called from my girlfriend‘s phone spoke with the manager, and that interaction was only a tad bit better than the employee I spoke with previously. I just Want to say when I buy flowers from Wilson’s flowers fresh flowers 2 1/2 three weeks later my flowers are still beautiful. They might have a few that have died out but for the most part they’re still beautiful. How is it possible that flowers are dying within five days after purchase and the business is only guaranteed in their work for 24 hours of which the delivery driver had my flowers for God knows how much hours before they were delivered to me is it safe to say this is my first and my last time buying flowers from this business they are Shaday. They don’t stand behind their work. They’re rude disrespectful and offer. No customer service whatsoever to people that have issues with their work. I suggest you buy your flowers elsewhere.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet from this shop, and when it arrived, it was even more gorgeous than I expected! I have told everybody that they need to order from Boston Blossoms; you will not be disappointed! The flowers are vibrant, healthy, and lasted for weeks! I’ve never been happier with a florist. I love this place!!!

I was going away for a week and wanted to order flowers to be delivered on Sunday, so that my fiance could enjoy them while I was gone. That is the only reason I choose this company. They then delivered the flowers the Monday before the scheduled delivery date and texted my fiance that flowers had been delivered. I called to let them know that they’d delivered them 6 days early and that she was out of town that night and wouldn’t get them. The response was “well they probably mixed the date up” and offered no solution. Their only concern was coming back to take the flowers back. They had no regard for ruining the surprise or any sympathy toward my frustration and disappointment. So after sitting out for 8+ hours they came and took them back. The fact they came back for them makes me think that they would repurpose them - so sorry to whoever who reused semi-dead flowers. When I mentioned my disappointment that they’d ruined the surprise the employee (who’d been condescending throughout the call) said “sorry about that” incredibly sarcastically. They delivered the bouquet on the correct day, but it was an incredibly disappointing product and not what I paid for. It looked nothing like the picture online. I paid for a white vase with a design and got a plain clear one. I paid for 10 pinkish carnations and got 0, I paid for 3 magenta roses and got 2, and I paid for a succulent and didn’t get it. This was a horrible experience across the board. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs, even if it means not getting Sunday delivery.
