At the end of January I ordered two orders of arrangements, one for an anniversary, another for the upcoming Valentine's day. The anniversary arrangement was beautiful. I picked them up instead of having them delivered. I scheduled the Valentine's day arrangement to arrive 2/13 so my girlfriend could enjoy them at her desk at work. My girlfriend works a hybrid schedule, but I told her I had something delivered to her workplace so she went into work for the delivery, even though she was originally planning on working from home. The delivery never came to her work. I thought they would get delivered that afternoon and we could just go pick them up later. I never heard anything about the status of the delivery from Breen until almost 8 pm saying the flowers were not able to be delivered. The email that was sent to me said they would try to coordinate with my girlfriend for the delivery attempt. It wasn't until Valentine's night that I lost hope that the $150 arrangement was going to arrive. I called Breen and was left with a voicemail saying it was after business hours. I left a voicemail. I was called back that evening saying the delivery person quit halfway through their shift and 12 deliveries never got delivered. My arrangement never got delivered. The person on the phone said they would send the flowers that evening. The flowers arrived, but almost after Valentine's day. It killed the mood for something I was excited for to give to my special person. That being said, the flowers were beautiful. I just question if I would have EVER got them had I not reached out about them not being delivered. I understand issues happen, but I at least expect some communication to keep me in the loop when issues do happen.

Ordering from their site was simple. I love they allow longer messages for the card. The plant was well priced and beautiful. We appreciate them sending a photo most florist dont. We will be using them in the future.

Breen’s went above and beyond this Mother’s Day! The arrangement was delivered faster than I originally thought it would be and the florist was so kind and gracious to my request. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and brought joy to my mom on a day she really needed it most! Thank you so much Breen’s Florist for such a lovely experience! Will be using you again in the future!

YMMV. My experience: I picked up a bouquet and vase at the store on Post Oak. Flowers were in surprisingly bad shape. They offered to check if they had another bouquet in the back and returned with something that was definitely better, but given the price ($113 all-in for an in-store pickup), still pretty underwhelming. I left and went to another shop and got something that I was happier with for about half the price.

This is the most stunning bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received. The arrangement was simply gorgeous. These are stargazer lilies. With some roses and hydrangeas mixed in. They keep blooming and opening super wide each day. What a delight. Great Valentines arrangement! ♥️
