This was my first time using this florist. I ordered the Gracious Lavender Basket (Deluxe) for my Grandmother’s funeral service and had it delivered directly to the funeral home. The ordering process was fairly straightforward. My arrangement was delivered on the scheduled day as promised (no specific time was specified, but I didn’t mind as long as it got there on the correct date) and I received a confirmation email once it was delivered. I was very satisfied with how the arrangement came out and it looked exactly as pictured on the website. Each flower seemed to be in great condition and it seemed the arrangement was done with care. The colors fit my Grandma’s service perfectly. I would happily use Byrum’s for another occasion.

I wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in Charlotte, but wanted them to specifically be all purple and yellow. I contacted Byrum's, and the lady I spoke with over the phone was very helpful. The flowers were so beautiful and brought a smile to my friend's face! She also said that she received a text from Byrum's to inquire if the delivery was okay. I was very impressed with Byrum's customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I have been using Byrum’s Florist for many years. I first used them for funeral flowers for my aunt back in 2019, and they were beautiful. I have used them for other occasions as well - congratulatory flowers, flowers for a friend’s surgery, sympathy flowers, etc. I usually give the florist freedom to put together what they think will look good and they always come out looking absolutely beautiful. I’ve attached a photo of a recent basket arrangement that I sent to a friend. Very pleased with the arrangements, customer service (they are very friendly and sincere), and the delivery.

Our friends sent a photo of the flowers and they were gorgeous! Byrum’s was able to deliver them the same day. The woman who took my order was very helpful and professional. I will definitely call them again if I need a florist in Charlotte. Thanks!!

Lovely arrangement delivered on time for a birthday. It looked almost exactly like the one I chose. The staff I spoke with was friendly and worked with me to explain the flowers they had available and that they could indeed replicate the arrangement as it appeared online. I know it’s not always the case, depending on what they have on hand, but this time it was possible down to the container. Don’t hesitate to call and discuss your preferences! The recipient loved it!
