Cindy’s Lei and Flower Shoppe was recommended to us by an Auntie who lives on Oahu and our experience was excellent! We were wanting lei for our east coast wedding and Nick and Karen both helped us figure out the perfect time to ship the lei for arrival prior to our wedding. One lei was out of stock the day we needed them shipped and Karen texted me photos of other options and reached out via phone to ensure I was satisfied with the alternative they had in stock. They were packed with care and arrived smelling amazing. My husband grew up on Hawaii and we feel so fortunate to get to include them as part of our wedding. Would absolutely use Cindy’s again and would love to check out the shoppe in person next time we are visiting Oahu!

I called this flower shop all the way from California and I am so glad I did! They created such a beautiful arrangement. Nick helped me create something in less than 5 min over the phone. They seriously understood the assignment! Thank you so much! Oh and the delivery was super fast!

This shop is absolutely fabulous! They offer stunning lei and flower arrangements, and the service is quick and friendly. We placed our order ahead of time and paid upon pickup — everything was seamless. The lei were perfect for our special event and exceeded our expectations. It’s officially our go-to flower shop from now on. While parking in Chinatown can be a bit tricky, it’s definitely worth the effort for the quality and service you get here.

I had a great experience with this florist. The shop has a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and arrangements. The staff was friendly and helped me choose the perfect bouquet for a special occasion. The flowers arrived on time, looked stunning, and lasted for several days. I’m very happy with the service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nick at Cindy's Lei Shoppe went above and beyond what is expected for great customer service. I live on Oahu and was trying to find truly local flowers to ship to a viewing and funeral service that would be held two days later in the Midwest. I had looked at the available arrangements on the website and then I called to discuss my options. Nick very patiently answered my many questions and advised me of my options. In the end I chose a cigar lei instead of an arrangement. Nick allowed me to drop off a card to be sent with the lei and called to confirm when the lei and card were shipped. I received an email with the FedEx tracking number and additional confirmation that it shipped on time. As often occurs, there was a major issue with the shipping. Before i even knew there was a problem, Nick called to tell me and advise me of my options. He had already called the funeral home, as well. Although the delay was completely due to a FedEx issue, Nick continued to try to find solutions. In the end, he was able to work with FedEx and get this lei package sent out as soon as possible, even while other FedEx shipments remained stuck at the hub. When I awoke Saturday morning, I found a voicemail from Nick with good news. Although the FedEx delay prevented the lei from being delivered for the viewing, it was delivered the morning of funeral. I am not sure how Nick did it, but I am grateful for his continued efforts with the shipper and his great communication with me. I am also grateful that Cindy's Lei Shoppe had carefully packed the lei in gel ice for the trip. Hopefully, it still was as fresh as possible when it got to Iowa. The communications I received from Nick assured me that Cindy's Lei Shoppe truly cares about the quality of their beautiful work AND the experience of each customer.
