I called to place an order after my brother’s father-in-law passed away, and within just 90 minutes he sent me a photo of the bouquet that had been delivered. It was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. One unexpected highlight was the “cabbage” in the front (ornamental kale). It actually sparked a bunch of jokes between our family, which brought some much-needed lightness to an otherwise really difficult time. The arrangement was fresh, unique, and clearly made with care. I’m very grateful for the quick turnaround and the little bit of joy it brought during a sad time. Highly recommend.

Great service and quality bouquet! I called to ask a few clarifying questions before submitting an order online for same-day delivery. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind. They have an easy online ordering process. I’ve ordered from a different florist (in a different city) where they would send a photo of the final bouquet to the person placing the order which I appreciated because I’m always left wondering what it looks like (especially, if the recipient doesn’t send a photo). Perhaps this is something you could incorporate? Otherwise, wonderful presentation and service. I would definitely recommend!

I normally get flowers sent to me from my boyfriend by this business, and haven’t ordered from them until this past Saturday, October 11, 2025. I put in a very last minute order around 6 in the morning and by noon, the order was delivered. The recipient was so happy and overwhelmed with the arrangement I sent her for her birthday. I honestly did not expect for Crane’s to come through. I actually was expecting a call advising me that the order could not be fulfilled. But to my surprise, it was better than expected. My friend could not stop going on about how beautiful the arrangement was and how much she loved it!!! Plus, I loved all the arrangements my boyfriend sent me from this place too!! If you need flowers for ANY occasion, consider going through this shop. I will definitely be ordering from them again!! The pictures don’t really do the arrangement any justice.

I ordered my bridal bouquet & groom’s boutonniere there. The florists were very knowledgeable and patient when communicating with the details, and they made the best bouquet I can hope for! Highly recommended!!

Had a wonderful experience with Crane’s Creations today! My husband had a promotion ceremony & we needed a super last minute lei made! They got it done in an hour, just moments before the event happened! Being from Hawai’i, gifting a lei for a special event is the norm & not having that accessibility here in the mainland can be challenging. Thankfully, they made it happen & we were able to culturally honor my husband the way we would, if we were back home! They were very kind & attentive! Thank you, thank you!
