I am extremely disappointed. I reached out to Cristal flowers for a special music note funeral arrangements, I gave him photos and he told me he could do it. I was asked to complete an order form, but no link or document was provided — I had to send all of the information back through text, going back and forth to make sure everything was covered. Then, the day before the funeral, I received a call saying they could not fulfill the arrangement at all. This left me scrambling at the last minute during an already difficult and emotional time. Professional communication, organization, and reliability are especially important when handling orders for memorial services. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I called Ostara flowers after Cristal flowers cancelled and they were absolutely amazing, they took the task on and completed the special arrangement beautifully and in less than 24 hours.
