Beautiful arrangement and the BEST service - Things don't alwasy go as planned, but Dallas Flora turned the whole experience around. From the start, they handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and zero hesitation. Without ever questioning it, they found the perfect solution and made everything right. I placed an order for same day delivery on January 28th. Until today I haven’t received my order or received any sort of communication from this shop about it. I waited at least until the next day to contact them because I know the weather was bad, but to not even receive any sort of communication from the shop about any delays is unprofessional in my opinion. I tried to send emails requesting for a refund since I didn’t receive anything and was still charged for it, however the email they have provided on their website doesn’t even seem to actually work/exist because I received error messages saying “Delivery Incomplete” or “Message Not Delivered”. I can’t believe I have to resort to writing a bad review just to get in contact with a shop just to be able to communicate about a refund for my unfulfilled order. It’s very disappointing and frustrating, especially now after I’ve seen a review that had the same experience as I’m having right now.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I think the store is CLOSED! We placed an order to be delivered on Saturday and it was never delivered despite paying and getting a confirmation email with all the details. We never received any communication that this order might have been cancelled or had any issues. The flowers I ordered were never delivered so I called all weekend and emailed them only to never hear back. They never answer the phone and the emails bounce back. I then went to check the website again to see if I can find alternative ways to reach them and that's when I saw a recent Yelp review with the same experience! In the Yelp review, the person said they actually drove to the location in hopes to pick up instead and saw that the building was closed and empty! We had no choice but to dispute this charge. This is incredibly irresponsible of the owners to not close down their website or not process orders if their business is closed! UPDATE: I wish there was a way to directly respond but I will include this edit... The order does not have to be in my name for me to be a customer. But, I have included a screenshot of our order for credibility. I'm still very confused as to why there was no communication and your email bounces back as undeliverable. But the moment a bad review is posted, we finally hear back? This doesn't make sense!

Ordered 2 bouquets for 2 separate dates and both arrived promptly and beautifully! Communication with the team is also very easy since it is via text. The team was very prompt with responses, catered to my specific needs and overall, I have 0 complaints. Would definitely order again!
