I cannot say enough good things about Deerwood Florist! I called during one of the busiest times of the year — two days before Valentine’s Day — needing a pickup with only one day’s notice. I honestly expected it to be difficult, but their customer service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Ordering over the phone was simple and seamless. I gave very basic instructions — light blue and white, either a nosegay or corsage — and they kindly walked me through the options. We settled on a nosegay for my son’s girlfriend, and they handled everything with professionalism and ease. The pricing was also cheaper than another florist located less than a mile away from them. The arrangement was beautiful, exactly as described, and ready right on time. What impressed me even more was that another well-known local florist wouldn’t even take my order — and I had called them much earlier in the day. Deerwood Florist not only accepted the order, but exceeded expectations. And to be honest, I would have loved this arrangement for my own wedding. Reliable, kind, efficient, and talented — I will absolutely be using them again!

Very positive experience with this florist! We had flowers delivered for my daughter to put in her dorm for Valentine’s week. Prompt service and the bouquet came out gorgeous! She loves them and said the pictures don’t even do them justice. Thanks for your professionalism and talent.

This is the only Florist I will purchase from. Their time, care, and passion for their craft shows in every arrangement they create! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

Bought flowers for Valentine’s Day and had no wait. Had a good selection of bouquets available, as well as the option to build your own. Can also call in an order ahead. Friendly staff, overall solid experience.

I'm so incredibly pleased after using this business!! I have never ordered a flower delivery before but I ordered flowers to be delivered last night for a friend's birthday and it was a bit last minute, around 11pm, but the flowers arrived at the perfect time for her birthday party and the driver, Tawanda, was incredibly nice and even called me back after delivering the flowers to tell me about how excited and happy my friend was to receive the flowers and that she wished her happy birthday herself, I wish we had the option to leave a tip! Because that felt above and beyond and was so nice to hear about how much she loved her flowers since I couldn't be there for her party. The arrangement was gorgeous and even better than in the pictures. So happy with my decision to go with this business and if the time ever comes I will absolutely use them again.
