The first picture shown is the arrangement I ordered, and the second picture shown is the arrangement I received. As you can see they are completely different. Different in size, different in flowers, ribbon, and color. NOT what I ordered. The florist clearly tried to design an arrangement that he had never completed before. My friend's service was scheduled for a Friday, I ordered the arrangement either Tuesday or Wednesday, and it was delivered to the funeral home on Thursday evening. When I walked into the church, I noticed the difference in the arrangement's look and that flowers were missing from the corner of the design. At the start of the processional, while walking the arrangements from the church to outside for transportation, it began to fall apart. When we arrived at the final resting place the whole arrangement had disintegrated. If you look at the photo it looks as if the styrofoam was too thin to support the design, as well as the toothpicks were barely secured. The arrangement didn't even last for a day. Afterwards, I contacted the shop/florist for compensation (I believe his name was Ronald), and he wasn't willing to accommodate me in any way. He blamed it on the funeral coordinators saying they handled the flower arrangement harshly and it wasn't his fault. He was very insensitive. We concluded on him, sending me a portion of 20% back, and I never received it even after a follow-up.

Detroit Floral gets it right every time!!! My client loved the arrangement. She said she wishes it would last forever with the beautiful arrangement and vibrant colors. Detroit Floral gives Great communication through the process and just nails it! Thank you!

My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of $160+ on February 3rd to be delivered on Valentines Day. It was supposed to be a surprise that got ruined because I hadn’t received yet. I called them at 2pm and was told they will call me back in 2 minutes with an ETA. I had somewhere to be and didn’t want to leave my house until they got delivered so they wouldn’t be left outside in the cold. I then got a call back 15 minutes later saying they’re loaded in the truck and on their way. Still not given an ETA. 3 hours go by, and nothing. I called at 5:30pm because it says they close at 6. No answer. Called about 5 more times and no one picked up. It is now Sunday, says they are closed so I’m sure I won’t be getting my flowers today nor a call back. I hope they refund my boyfriend every penny back because at this point, I don’t want their Flowers anymore.

What i received does not match what i ordered at all. Delivery was late by an entire day with no notice. Rip off!

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve used this business multiple times while living out of town to send flowers to my family. While I’ve dealt with late deliveries in the past, today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered a premium bouquet for my best friend, expecting something beautiful, but what I received was far from premium. My entire family has supported this business, and I truly want to continue supporting Black-owned businesses, especially those in Detroit. However, I can’t justify wasting my money on subpar service and products.
