I have been coming year for years. A family owned florist. Last week a friend had a death in the family and I was so lucky to have someone help me put together a stunning bouquet of all white flowers. The only vendor I trust to deliver what you order from a floral company. Definitely recommend.

I am never disappointed here This is my favorite go-to place for flowers. Just wouldn't ever think to go anywhere else, all the staff is always so positively radiant and helpful. Amber helped me out today. She was exceptional.

Orchids are my favorite flowers. I've been purchasing & receiving them as gifts for decades. Today, I received a delivery from DiBella Flowers that originated from a florist in California. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the orchids. First of all, ALL the buds from the 4 stems were physically removed. I called DiBella and spoke with Alexis (hopefully, I'm remembering the name correctly) and she was extremely helpful. She told me to email photos of the 4 "bud-less" stems which I did immediately. Soon after I received a call from the "manager" who basically said "too bad"... "that's how ALL the orchids in their hot house look." Well that's not how expensive orchids are supposed to look. Now, the orchids I received will have a shorten "shelve life" because of an orchid disfigurement practice at DiBella. I was offered "a bundle of loose flowers" if and when I'm ever in the area. Well, thank you, but no thank you. I'm extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service. I will be contacting the California florist to request that they never use DiBella again.
