I was in Virginia Beach for my qualifying exams and wanted something bright in my hotel room to soothe my nerves before and after each test. Lilies are my favorite, but Kroger didn’t have any, so I thought I’d see if there was a florist nearby—turns out Fairfield Flowers was right across the street. I walked in, was warmly greeted, and told the florist I was about to take a test that would determine the course of my entire future. She nodded and said, “What’s your favorite color?” I walked out with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet that sustained me through all 16 hours of my tests, survived the flight back home, and flourished for almost two full weeks—though they probably would have lasted longer because lily buds were still blooming for almost a week after I turned the bouquet over to dry. Thank you so much for giving me that anchor of joy—I’ll never forget it! (Ps. I passed all my tests 🥹)

Stopped in to order two corsages for next day pick up. They asked questions about the girls dresses and personality to help customize their flowers. They made recommendations and even walked me into the coolers to look at everything. Absolutely amazing- best experience of any flower shop. Will be back for every dance!

Seen reviews and thought i wanna see for myself I stopped in on the way to hospital to pick up my new grand baby and she threw together me a beautiful arrangement while I waited. Thank you so much Goes to show you you can't believe everyone. And they even carried to my car since I was injured

Arrived on a Sunday (1:23pm) during posted business hours (10-2)and the shop was closed. No note on the door and no update online. It was disappointing, especially since from the store front their work looked pretty decent. Maybe during my next visit I can raise my three stars to a five stars review.

I ordered white roses and purple hydranias with purple and blue filler only 2 types of filler. I called Thursday before the scheduled delivery to my church at noon on Sat. I spoke to a young lady and told her I did not want the hydrania and she said they would replace them with more roses . I told her I wanted simple elegance in the arrangement, just the white roses and a little purple/blue fillers. When I arrived at the church what I saw was three (3) roses and a little purple and alot of mess that looked like a bunch of weeds were put into the arrangement. I bought the two glass vases and got the exact opposite of what I ordered. When I arrived at the location to place the order, the lady showed me a beautiful arrangement in a catalog which showed white roses and a little purple filler. That is what I wanted. What I got was three (3) roses in each vase with a bunch of mess. I was so embaressed. Someone sent my mother a vase arrangement that I am grateful for. It thankfully had white roses in it. I took the roses from that arrangement and began to remove from the one they delivered from Fairfield florist all of the awful grass, leaves, weeds, and several varieties of filler little flowers (pink, white), fern leaves, and things I didn;t even know recognise, out of one of the vases and made the arrangement look more like my mother would like. I wanted to call them right away but did not want to get upset prior to my mothers celebration of life service. I am so disappointed with the communication and how these arrangements were done. It was like they were thrown together and rushed, it a apparrent they ran out of roses. I paid close to $200 for six roses and a bunch of filler mess.
