I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon hoping to find last minute flowers for a friend’s birthday. The owner Casey showed me some arrangements that were already made and took time to show the different price ranges and what went into them. He saw I wasn’t really clicking with any of them so he offered to make a custom arrangement. We had a short back and forth about the occasion, recipient, their preferences, target size and rough price point before he disappeared into the back for what felt like only 5 minutes and returned with a gorgeous arrangement. I had seen some prices online and was expecting, especially with rush service and custom arranging, for this to be pricey but it was $60 LESS than my optimistic estimate. The man didn’t charge rush fee. He didn’t even charge an arranging fee. He seemed genuinely confused that I tipped him. Maybe I’m used to NYC or maybe this guy is incredibly wholesome, I don’t know. What I do know is that I’ve been looking for excuses to buy flowers ever since and have been telling everyone I know about them! The whole process must have been 15-20 minutes from the time I walked in to when I was carefully placing the flowers in my car. Incredible experience all around.

This place is amazing! The flowers are gorgeous and the gentleman that helped me was super friendly. He made me a bouquet in maybe 5 minutes that is perfect and worth way more than I paid! I’ll definitely be back and recommending to my friends.

I Arranged to host a small family Flower Shower here for my wedding. All the ladies came out to help me create bud vases for decoration of tables and venue. Kacey was amazing in helping me to determine the amount and types of flowers that I wanted. Helped us to understand prepping and style the bud vases and then assisted me (bride) in making my bouquet. The entire group wouldn't stop talking about how much fun they had with the activity. Wedding 10/27/2024

Since we’re not in Tacoma, we wanted to place our flower delivery request with an actual florist business in Tacoma and not an “order gatherer”. Fifi’s was recommended and did not disappoint; highly recommend for excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements. Cheers!

I love fifis! I have so much fun mix and matching bundles to fill out my house with bouquets. I go often to check out whats in rotation. Everyone there is so sweet and give great recommendations too. So happy they are in the neighborhood!
