Omg the flowers arrive bright& early and the recipient was so pleased!!! This company is the best! Wonderful customer service the entire time!! I purchased the night before and the flowers arrive by noon the next day!! 5 STARS all the way!! This is my first time ordering with Flordel and it won’t be the last.

These photos were taken 2 and a half days after the delivery was made. I spent $150 dollars on this bouquet including delivery. Though they look worse in these images than they did upon delivery, they also did not look great at the time of delivery. Nearly half of the flowers were already wilted around the edges. The dahlias were supposed to be all one color (red/orange). The florist reached out and let me know they were out of dahlias and they expected more the next day but were unsure what colors they would receive. I said any color was fine, but was still a bit disappointed that they were unable to fulfill the request of them being all one color. Overall I am very disappointed. A couple days later and the flowers look nearly dead. Even the recipient reached out to me to let me know how poor of a condition they were in. When I reached out to the company they offered me a 7% refund, and said I could get an additional 7% off a future order. I find this to be quite an insufficient response. Their reason for not offering more was because I reached out after 24 hours from when the delivery was made. Pretty lousy excuse when you can clearly see how awful these flowers look just a few days later. Total waste of $150…

The most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen! They were very helpful in customizing my order and working with my budget. My expectations were beyond met and I highly recommend them.

Beautiful flowers! Absolutely stunning. Delivery was smooth. Wrapping in on point. Delivered with water and vase was nice wrapped separately. The best flower delivery in NYC! Would highly recommend
