Terrible experience overall. I typically don’t write bad reviews but the product and customer service were awful. Didn’t delivery my flowers till after 7:30 PM. No communication until after the delivery was made. Claimed they delivered the flowers at 5:30 PM, which was not true. I’ve attached a time stamped photo which shows no delivery time, only a date, and a text message after 7:30 PM. Rather than apologizing to me they continued to gaslight me on my birthday. To make matters worse, the flowers look empty and not like the photos shown on their website. Definitely not worth the $75. Really unfortunate that I have to write this, but I want to warn others so they can avoid this on what’s supposed to be a special day/occasion.

This flower shop is absolutely wonderful! The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Every bouquet feels special, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the work. The customer service is outstanding – the staff is kind, attentive, and makes sure you leave completely satisfied. From everyday gifts to big occasions, they make the experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality flowers and excellent service!

My girl is very happy of the flowers I sent from Flowers Delivery Austin . She said that the whole staff at Austin Area OnGyn love the flowers (Bursts of Autumn) and stated they look very beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

EDIT: WHERE’S THE GREEN FOILAGE in the photo? Is that supposed to bloom too? The only greenery is what is attached to the flower stems. Look at the photo- any florist knows to start with the foliage and place the flowers throughout. They don’t just stick a bunch of flowers together in a vase and call them beautiful. I’m just saying the product received is not worth the $115 I paid. Placed the order online but had to call for a general delivery time. The guy that answered was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the product we purchased is not what was received. It looked like someone just went to HEB and put a bunch of different flowers together and forgot to buy foliage.

Awful service. I ordered a Cotton Candy arrangement and they sent me something completely different from the picture on the website. I asked for no substitutions, but they didn't even notify me they did substitute the Chrysanthemums. I asked for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to ask the girl I sent the flowers to as a birthday gift to go to the store and return them!! They replied that I didn't ask for the premium version, but then they should put the real picture of what they are selling as standard. UPDATE: I reported this store to BBB. BBB is trying to reach the Flower store but the store doesn't reply to any email. Flower Delivery Austin claims the arrangement looked different from other angles, but it didn't. They should post real pictures of what they are selling. They wanted me to ask the person I sent this as a gift to go to the store and ask for a refund, of course, that was inappropriate. I don't live in Austin, otherwise I would have gone myself to ask for a refund.
