I recently placed an online order with Flower Factory from afar in California - I've had mixed experiences doing this but Flower Factory exceeded expectations! My siblings and I ordered a bouquet for my mom's first day of school (a public school teacher of 30 years!!!!) and I requested a morning drop off and they delivered first thing that morning! I asked my mom about their condition a couple of weeks later and she said the bouquet was only then starting to show signs of age. Two weeks is a great run!!!! Thank you so much, Flower Factory, for the beautiful bouquet, the delivery accommodation, and especially for making a teacher's day!!!! 🥰💐

Pam did an AMAZING job on our wedding flowers in October. So friendly and easy to work with! Still in awe at how beautiful our flowers were.

We were impressed with The Flower Factory from our first consultation with them. Pam took one look at a photo I brought in and instantly knew my vision for wedding flowers. She created beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for under my budget. The only issue we had is that whoever delivered the flowers to our wedding just dropped them off and left without finding our coordinator or anyone in the building. Because no one was able to look at the flowers before the staff left, we didn't realize we were missing some petals until right before the ceremony. We made it work and the flowers were still amazing so I would still definitely use them again for my event!

I ordered two arrangements totaling $549 for my sister's funeral. l asked for interesting arrangements in vibrant fall colors and received pink. l asked for a vase and got a plastic bucket. I tried to set up a time to meet with Pam, the florist/owner, because the price seems steep for carnations, mums, 8 roses and a bunch of filler. She refused to meet with me and threatened to sue me if I posted pictures. I do not recommend. Zero stars.

The Flower Factory was easy to work with, exceeded our expectations, and added beauty to our wedding day! Pam really has an eye for what flowers will look good together and can make your Pinterest bouquet dreams come true! Not only will they create your vision, but they will advise you on ways to cut down the cost and fit everything you want - within your budget. They even offer a DIY session for making centerpiece arrangements where you can bring your bridesmaids in to the store and she will walk you through how to make them! Such a unique and fun experience that they offer. On the day of our wedding, they delivered our flowers on time and to two separate locations with no hassle. The flowers were fresh and stayed beautiful the whole day. We had a great experience with The Flower Factory and would recommend their services to anyone searching for a florist!
