This was my first time ordering from this shop and I am incredibly disappointed. I worked in a flower shop for several years so I understand that what is listed on the website it not always exactly how arrangements are going to look and I understand that substitutions need to be made but what was made is incredibly sloppy and does not come close to what is pictured. The hydrangea is supposed to be the focal point of this arrangement but it shoved down in the middle where you can't even see it. Also purple iris is in there and I’m not sure why. I ordered the arrangement over 2 weeks in advance so there should not be any reason for substitutions to be honest. The arrangement looks very sloppy and rushed. I paid a lot of money for this and what was delivered was not acceptable. I have tried to reach out the shop via email and phone about it and still haven't heard back. See the pictures below of what I ordered and what was delivered. Very disappointing.

As you can see from the photos that Flowers of Atlanta does excellent arrangements. I will call Adam and tell him the occasion and the price point and off he goes with his design/arrangements. He has never disappointed and the recipients always have nothing but compliments. Flowers of Atlanta and Adam should be your go to florist (they are mine).

I cannot say enough about Flowers Atlanta and the quality of their designs. I have sent 6 deliveries of flowers from them in the past month (one to myself and 4 to friends and family and 3 large pieces to my dad’s memorial service) and am attaching some of the photos. I wish I had more photos of the memorial service arrangements because they were beyond outstanding. The owner called to get specific details on the church to make sure the arrangements would be there at the right time and assured me that even if he had to deliver himself, that they’d be there. And they were. I am posting a photo of the large pink heart, “Heaven’s Light Standing Heart”. I’ve never, ever in my life, have seen anything so beautiful. We took it home since dad was laid to rest in a columbarium. It lasted a month and the blooms dried BEAUTIFULLY! I’ve kept many as keepsakes. I thought I had photos of the dried heart but can’t find them. The “Sweet Solace” is the white roses and white lilies”, WOW! It lasted a long time and after the roses died, the lilies kept blooming and after that, the beautiful greenery stayed and is STILL being used for roses I’m buying at the grocery store! Some of these photos are of a couple arrangements I sent to friends, so not as if trying to depict the quality. I also had a huge arrangement at the memorial that I afterwards donated to an older folks home to enjoy. The white roses in it were breathtaking long stem beauties. I plucked a few out to take home because i had never seen any so beautiful. I’ve sent MANY flowers in my day. Flowers Atlanta not only has excellent prices, but the quality just goes so beyond the price. And the delivery is so flexible. I really need to create an account so I can see my past orders. ;-) Just order your flowers here. He is the best in Atlanta. Thank you for being a florist I can trust in a time when so many companies cannot be relied upon.

A HUGE Thank You to Adam at Flowers Atlanta for coming in clutch! Adam arranged for me two sets of gorgeous flowers on the spot & in a timely fashion! Unfortunately after dropping the first arrangement. I contacted Adam & came back the next day for a second set. He made them swiftly. I’m very thankful for his awesome customer service!

Unfortunately the 3 arrangements of flowers that were ordered from the picture online were indicated to be blush tones with white for a baby shower theme. The 3 arrangements delivered were bright pink and purple and totally different than color scheme. They did not call to say they did not have the specific colors available. Very disappointing. No answer when we called multiple times and left voicemails to get exchanged. Satisfaction was not guaranteed.
