My parent's beloved dog had passed away yesterday, and when I was notified in the early afternoon, I was on the hunt to send some flowers since I live out of town. Called here and spoke to Wendy and explained the circumstances, and she understood my request and helped out tremendously reassuring me that they will take care of it. I simply asked for something appropriate (and not white), and whatever is available since I understood this was a rush request. I received a call later in the afternoon/early evening from my parents who were both very thankful of the flowers. When I asked what did they look like, they said "Colorful!", which is something Wendy suggested (and I agreed). This only confirmed that I was in good hands, and Flowers by Jan did truly delivered and helped take away some of the pain in the day.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the delivery and the punctuality of the delivery. Thank you so much! The flowers were beautifully arranged and wrapped to be an even bigger surprise for my mom.

Jan was GREAT!! She prepared flowers for our recent wedding. They were beautiful and she was reasonably price. Customer service was top tier. Would recommend for sure💐🌻🌼

I called Flowers by Jan at 2 PM with a last-minute request as I needed to bring a large bouquet to an event that night. I gave my budget and asked them to create their recommended bouquet. They told me they would select the freshest flowers and in ONE HOUR it was ready for me to pick up, wrapped neatly so that I could transport it to the event 1.5 hours away. The bouquet was very beautiful and I was so impressed by the customer service and accommodation of my quick request. I'll definitely be coming back.

Beautifully made corsage for my son's prom date. They were still able to take my order 2 days before prom! Great customer service and I will be returning for future flowers!
