This shop is quite popular given how busy they are nevertheless, they delivered. The customer said, "I love how bright and cheery they are! I am smiling from ear to ear!" Mission accomplished. She sent the pictures. They really are very lovely! This made me very happy as she was presenting at a big conference and was nervous. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Flowers were dropped off for my lady while staying at the Hyatt Regency for a work trip. Temps were -12 this morning and even through the cold temps, the beautiful bouquet was delivered on time and looked great. Lots of compliments on the wonderful smell too. Price was great along with selection. Planning to use Flowers by Miss Bertha on my ladies next trip to Minneapolis. Thank you!!

Miss Bertha got a beautiful bouquet on late notice on a very cold day for my daughter's birthday. We were very happy with the flowers and the whole arrangement was gorgeous and understated. Just what we wanted!

I live in NJ and wanted to have a bouquet delivered to my niece's 16th bday,she lives in Bloomington,MN. So instead of doing a commercial flower shop online, I decided to google map a local florist. I found this one 15min from my niece's house and once I went to review my order the delivery fee was $300!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasn't asking for them to walk it over overnight. I wanted it there Jan 11th but the 10th was the best option. That's an entire week away! More than enough time to build a bouquet! I am running to 1800flowers because Miss Bertha is Crazy.
