I live in Hilo, Hawai'i and wanted to order a lei for my friend's birthday and retirement party. Flowers By Paulann was very kind and helpful with helping me place my order over the phone. The lei was delivered midday, which was perfect. My friend was very happy with her lei. It was beautiful and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Flowers By Paulann!

I’ve been with Paulann since 2021(when I first found them) They have been able to take flowers to my moms burial site twice yearly ever since. The flowers have always been so pretty and well-polished. They also go above and beyond by providing pictures. I am very happy with the services and I highly recommend them. 💖

Received a beautiful, very fresh arrangement from a friend after a bad accident. It smelled soooo good. This shop is the best in the county with an awesome floral designer, fresh flowers, and a friendly, helpful staff. I referred my friend there years ago and he always uses it. My mom worked there late 70s to early 80s (they did my wedding flowers in ‘86). This will always be my go to florist! A week and a half later the flower arrangement still looks great.

My daughter ordered flowers for me on Mothers Day. She is in Alaska and she said she went to the web-site and ordered. When I received my flowers, I was not home. The flowers were placed in a very safe spot, out of street view, in the shade. He then called me and told me he had just left my delivery. I came home to one of the most gorgeous flower arrangements I've seen in a long time. The flowers are fresh, healthy and full! So many flowers arranged so beautifully. I live near and will be using them for all my flower needs. Thank you!

called Paulann from Miami, FL., inquiring if they could deliver a fresh flower bouquet next day, to my son’s long distance friend. I knew the flowers and color scheme she liked but I needed to trust the florist’s taste and style to create this special order. The lady I was on the phone with was very nice, patient, understood my request perfectly! I asked if they had extra items to accompany the bouquet as gifts and their assortment of candles, chocolates and balloons was simply perfect. For an out of state person making a purchase of this nature leaving it completely to the florist’s design, the arrangement was beautiful, perfect color scheme, modern, & simply well put together. The balloons and candle were beautifully matched. My son’s friend was extremely happy and the peace of mind with their attention to detail was perfect. Very happy & grateful !!
