Many thanks to Fort Worth Florist beautiful flowers and card for my cousin's memorial service at Greenwood 1/10/26. All the family and over 100 friends complimented on the beautiful arrangement. I will indeed be a new customer for 1# florist in Fort Worth.

I placed an order thru my usual Dallas florist for the day before Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my girlfriend’s office in Dallas. When I found out she would be working from home the day of the delivery, I called and they happily transferred to a florist near our house (Fort Worth Florist). When the flowers were delivered, the arrangement looked nothing like the $200+ arrangement I ordered. It had only a few roses, several dead or dying flower stems, and was full of lilies, of which my girlfriend is allergic. I had specifically picked an arrangement with lots of roses and hydrangeas (and NO lilies) because those two are her favorite. The original florist agreed to refund me, apologized profusely on the other florist’s behalf, and made contact with Fort Worth Florist to let them know the issue. Fort Worth Florist claimed to be “mortified” by the mistake and offered to send an additional arrangement at no charge as an apology. That arrangement arrived with an alleged note from the owner but was FULL of lilies, even though my complaint clearly specified that being a big part of the problem. There were so many in the arrangement I almost think it was done out of spite and not as an apology. Fortunately both arrangements ended up being given away to elderly neighbors on our block that appreciated them very much. I will continue to use McShan in Dallas as they handled the situation well. If you’re ordering in Fort Worth, use Gordon Boswell as they don’t make these terrible mistakes.

Absolutely LOVE this place. My wife has ordered from here for 4yrs straight. She knows that I love supporting local businesses. She found this place and never looked back. Ive recieved flowers through them 5-6 times a year. Always gorgeous and they last for a couple of weeks. My wife has spoke nothing but great things about them. Just needed to put it out there that you guys are wonderful!

I went in earlier this week and placed an order with Kelly for purple and white flowers within a budget. They were extremely accommodating and the arrangement came out BEAUTIFUL! They were also delivered before lunchtime which I was a little worried about at first because it’s the day before Valentine’s Day and i assume they are very busy with deliveries. They did wonderful tho! My dad also got my wedding bouquet from here and they threw in a free broach for me as well! Absolutely love this shop
