I called G Rossi Florist this afternoon for a same day delivery to a friend for her birthday. The woman who I spoke with was unfailingly friendly and helpful. They not only were able to accommodate this request, but the floral arrangement the designers came up with was *absolutely gorgeous* and exactly what I was hoping for. I can't recommend G Rossi Florist enough!

Phenomenal service from start to finish! I dropped the ball on my end, and as a result asked for same day delivery, calling midday. Not only did they make it happen, but the gal taking my order was so composed and enjoyable to talk with. The arrangement arrived so quickly and looks exactly like the online photo. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

My husband purchased flowers for Mother’s Day. Let’s say the price was not cheap and I have never been disappointed before with this florist however this time around I really wasn’t very impressed with my arrangement. They were basically dead by the morning of mother’s day and they were closed the day of so I couldn’t ask for assistance. I just want my flowers to be what my husband paid for and not half dead by the time they came to my house. (6 minutes away) also one of the flowers were half broken off and just sitting on top to look full.

I called this florist because of their excellent reviews and to order a bouquet of red roses plus extras, such as a box of chocolate and heart shaped balloons. She informed me that they only provided flower arrangements. She recommended another florist that had what I’m looking for. She didn’t have to give me a recommendation but because of it I was able to purchase what I was looking for easily. Thank you! The other great reviews are accurate.

Beautiful flowers every time, absolutely top notch customer service. I have placed 4-5 orders and have been really impressed with every one. Ordering online or over the phone - I’ve done both - is extremely easy, the staff is really kind and helpful. (I actually prefer them to Twigs because they have the online order option and their arrangements seem to last longer.) highly recommend!!
