I've had the pleasure of visiting Genrich’s Florist & Greenhouse on multiple occasions, and each time I'm struck by the warm and serene atmosphere of the garden center. The staff members I've encountered have been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making every interaction a delight. Stephanie consistently goes above and beyond to assist me, and her dedication to the business is truly admirable. I'd also like to acknowledge another wonderful staff member, whose name escapes me at the moment, but she's always warm and welcoming whenever I visit. Thank you both for making my experiences at Genrich’s so special! The variety of plants offered are impressive, and I've been thrilled to discover unique and exotic species that have become staples in my home. I've also had great success with the health and quality of every plant and soil I’ve purchased. The gift shop is a hidden gem, filled with unique treats that are perfect for any occasion. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and can't recommend this garden center enough. If you're looking for a welcoming and expertly curated floral shop, look no further.

I Visit and Shop at Genrich's every Week. The new "Earl's Coffee" is my goto Spot for some Greenhouse "recharging" ... for this Winter - I need a "taste" of our upcoming Spring a little more often.

Great place in Irondequoit to buy a variety of plants, pots, and decor. I have been here 3 times just this past week and the employees are always super nice and helpful. They have tropicals, annuals, perennials, and succulents, that are great quality. And lots of cute nick nacks. Most plants have signs up with descriptions, which is super helpful when you are learning how to take care of a new plant. Even signs for deer resistant plants! This is my go-to place to buy gifts and cards for family and friends. Even if you want to sit at a table in the greenhouse and drink your coffee and read a book, it's the perfect place. If you are a plant lover you'll LOVE it here

Genrich's Garden Center does much more than plants and mulch. They have a really nice floral section for all occasions. Pictured are 3 exquisite bouquets for a retirement celebration.
