Very disappointed with this company. They didn’t deliver anything to my expectations. The flowers don’t look anything like the arrangement I paid for. Being from a different state, I wanted to make this special delivery for my mom on Mother’s Day. The flowers didn’t even last a day. When I called, they told me that they tried reaching out the day before to let me know that they didn’t have the tall vase anymore & that’s not true. I never received any call. When I complained about the arrangement, they told me they would refund me my money & it’s going onto 3 weeks I haven’t heard back from them. They stopped answering my calls. Very unprofessional. Will not order from them again.

Pictures of what was ordered (True Romance Premium) and what was received. 12 roses instead of 15. More pink than red. Small carnations instead of small roses. Low amount and incorrect greenery. Incorrect form. Dropped at the door in hot summer heat instead of courtesy call to schedule delivery. This bouquet does not meet the standards of even the standard or deluxe options of this particular arrangement. You only get one anniversary a year and this opportunity for the beautiful bouquet selected to be delivered on this particular anniversary to our dear friend was missed. Would not recommend this florist. One star received for the vase matching the picture. No stars for delivering a bouquet equivalent to purchasing a plastic wrapped bouquet of flowers from a random street vendor on the corner of University Parkway and Varsity by the Circle K and sticking them in a vase on the way to the delivery address. $110 paid. $15 worth of flowers and vase received. Missed anniversary and opportunity. No price can be put on that. Look at the pictures.. Who at this establishment thought this was actually OK?

Just had the sweetest surprise! Gonzalez Flowers rang my doorbell, and right as I was walking to the door, my husband called me… I opened it, and there they were — the most beautiful flowers waiting for me! Thank you to the wonderful team at Gonzalez Flowers for making this moment so special. Everything was perfect — from the delivery to the gorgeous arrangement.

I decide to place on order for them because I check on their website and their prices are really good for I was looking for , I received beautiful flowers at home today and all my family got surprised about the quality they have high quality on flowers I honestly recommend them.

Never and under no circumstancesdo not order flower delivery from this company, liars work here, they take money for expensive flowers and show at site nice bouquet then put together a bouquet of cheap flowers and not the composition you ordered, plus they cheat you, instead of a bouquet they send a bunch of wilted flowers,just a few pieces and you can't even call them flowers, liars and thieves, avoid this place.Very dissapointed, waste of time and money.
