My life is so busy that I had to find some flowers fast so I literally walked in the store, saw what flowers were available and received a handcrafted bouquet within minutes of walking into Gool Flower shop. My girl said it was the best flowers she had ever been given! Gool has earned my business for life!

Worst florist in Denver area by far. I ordered a delivery on January 25, 2026 for valentines day. I called them on February 10, 2026 to confirm that they received my order. At the moment everything seemed good. Until the delivery day came. They literally ghosted me. I called several times, I even texted them and they did not respond. I sent them an email requesting a refund, it they do not answer all need to request a chargeback to credit card. Please stay away from this business.

I wanted to order some beautiful flowers to cheer up my mother for her birthday. They have their store listed in doordash, since I work all day it would have been very convenient. Unfortunately, they say they never received by order even though $100+ was taken from my account & doordash confirmed that the store confirmed my order. They do not answer the phone and prefer to text, right after I called, which was very unprofessional. Tip to the owner: Take your shop off of doordash if you dont like doordash! This looks very bad for your business. Now ill have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back and my mom gets nothing (:

I never leave bad reviews, but they deserve zero stars. I never received my order, even though my order confirmation says it's been delivered. They never reply. Judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one. This place is a complete scam. Don't do business with them unless you want to waste your money and your time. :)
