Harkins went above and beyond! Such a beautiful arrangement to surprise a friend for her birthday! The employees were very kind and helpful to help me locate the exact building for a delivery without spoiling the surprise of flowers. This was so very helpful for someone calling from out of state! I highly recommend this helpful florist with beautiful flowers!

Our flowers for the wedding were absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and the orientation of each piece paired extremely well with the theme. Liz handled the whole booking and setting up process. She made it extremely easy, and went above and beyond. Liz came the day of to set up, but the restaurant/venue weren’t closed yet for the wedding. She was only able to drop off the flowers. Two hours later, Liz sent me a text letting me know she returned to set up, and everything was perfect. This itself can attest to the quality of service she strives to deliver. Liz ensured everything was set up, before leaving the venue. I’d like to point out to anyone looking to book with this florist, the hiccup we faced when going in for a consultation. We’re not from NOLA, and we had a scheduled consultation with Annie on our last day before flying back home. When we arrived and asked to speak to her, we were told she was not in. The person at the front looked confused and asked to see proof we were indeed seeing Annie. I can only assume there was a miscommunication between the team, and maybe it was not relayed she had us booked. I advise couples to confirm prior to arrival on who you're meeting and the date/time. Despite that, I cannot be happier we ended up with Liz, who was great, and made sure everything came out just as we envisioned.

This place is amazing! We ordered a wedding bouquet and a boutonnière from Harkins and they turned out exactly as we envisioned. Their attention to detail is spectacular, the arrangements looked exactly like the photos we provided for reference. Coordinating with them was a breeze. We are from out of state and got married in New Orleans, so we communicated through email and made payments over the phone. Everyone is so kind and made this process stress free. Harkins was a lovely find and I am grateful for the work they do.

I’m from East TN and have never been to NOLA. ( My husband & I do have a trip planned this October) and I hope to meet/hug all the people that made this special for us. I researched florist closest to my Daddy’s hotel. I found this business online and kept my fingers crossed they could help me. THEY SURE DID ❣️ My Daddy was coming into town for a reunion. He and his Vietnam Veteran brothers still meet once a year and decided this year on NOLA. I cannot remember the girls name I spoke with but she was WONDERFUL!! I asked if they could deliver 12 roses, individual, and take them to their hotel, where the Veterans were staying. She was SOOOOO nice, respectful, and unbelievably kind/professional. They had the flowers delivered ASAP!!! My Daddy said the roses were gorgeous and that he and his brothers were tickled to have something that may seem simple to others but meant the world to them.
