I ordered this lovely arrangement online from Honolulu Florist to surprise my daughter on her birthday. I am very pleased with what she received. I appreciate the prompt and friendly customer service I received with an issue that arose. Happy Customer.

I ordered from them and accidentally provided an old address and mis-typed the recipients phone number. When I called to see what happened, they were able to give me details of who took the delivery (a neighboring apt) who could not find the recipient so the florist went back and picked them up. In spite of them having a busy Saturday, they made a new arrangement and re-delivered for a very fair charge. Delighted with their service and the arrangement and their commitment to deliver on that same day. Made someone's day. Thank you!

Not happy with what was delivered. It looks nothing like what was advertised. I paid $226.10. As you can see from the photos included, to why I am extremely disappointed. I have called Honolulu Florist and also emailed them and have had no response. I hope that they can make this right. This is so wrong.

This is the second order I have placed with this Florist and have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with Dale going out of their way to help me out. I live in Georgia and my daughter is in Hawaii so come some special occasions I send flowers. My first order for her birthday I called and spoke with Dale, I wanted to add a lei for her birthday. Dale was just great and made sure my daughter got exactly the arrangement as well as the lei! Today I placed a second order, unfortunately the florist was already closed. I added a message to add a lei but B if I don’t get one I’ll be okay with it as there’s no place to just add one on to an order placed on line. I highly recommend this Florists website to anyone needing flowers on the island of Honolulu.

I will not order from this company again. What I ordered and what was delivered were very different. They called to say they didn't have the vase and that they would use a different one, I was fine with that. I didn't expect it to be a different arrangement. Very disappointed.
