I went to the Waikiki Lei Stand and they only had 1 white plumaria lei. On the stand they had instructions that you can order anything from their website. I was able to place an order by their 3pm cutoff for same day delivery. The team at Honolulu Flower Lady was very responsive in confirming my order and arranged delivery to my hotel. Now my wife and I can celebrate our anniversary in style! The flowers are so beautiful and fragrant. Thank you so much!

I preordered a lei for a birthday and it turned out beautifully! It was ready for pick up on time and the pick up itself was also super easy, just get one of the staff to open the refrigerated case and show them your order receipt. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Outstanding Service & Beautiful Flowers I highly recommend Honolulu Flower Lady. I called on a Sunday afternoon and worked with Ella, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Even with delivery constraints, she went above and beyond to make it work — true aloha spirit. The flowers were delivered the same evening and were waiting in our room when we returned. The arrangement was absolutely stunning: elegant, romantic, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, my wife loves them. Top-notch service, gorgeous flowers, and a team that truly cares. I was online looking for a place that has flowers that my mom love ❤️ I came across Honolulu flower lady. she called me back!! Now that is the best customer service ever! Anyway we talked I said specific to what my mom loves and she said she will get it done!! Delivery was important to me because I reside in Seattle!! She asked for the address and that would be clear across the other side of the island! She made a delivery the next day and I was on the phone with my mother and asked my dad got the package from her and I made sure he was in on it to tip the driver!! My mom was very surprised and happy!! She loved it and so did my siblings because we all (4) got it done!! I recommend her with any flower delivery for that special occasion!! Thank you again!!

The Honolulu Flower Lady provided exceptional service and gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding. She was fantastic to work with accommodating our budget, color and flower style and adapting to our request for changes with ease. She hand delivered directly to our room and event area in Waikiki made everything stress free. Her warm personality and dedication to making us happy and really shined throughout the whole process.
