I absolutely LOVE Hoover Florist! I've been using them for a long time and i've never been disappointed. They always exceed my expectations. The latest thing that I ordered for them was a blue baby bow for my daughter's hospital door and for her mailbox. I picked out what I wanted on the internet and they matched it perfectly. Very pleased.

Pros: beautiful arrangement; recipient said she could smell the fresh eucalyptus used; was able to order online on a Sunday and have it delivered the next day (Monday); the man who helped me on the phone was patient and helpful Cons: incredibly expensive for what I got (see picture - total was $85 (before tax, delivery, and service fee (final total $115)); I had to call on Monday to see that they'd received the order - they hadn't because they hadn't refreshed some online ordering system, meaning they wouldn't have seen the order until who knows how long Overall it was an okay experience. I'm not sure yet if I'll order from here again but do thank them for the service and product they were able to provide.

So disappointed in the $65 bouquet that I ordered for Hoover prom. It is so small and basic, six small roses with baby’s breath. I can’t imagine what the cheaper one would have been. The lady was miffed that I asked about it and rude when giving me an excuse for its size. I love to support Hoover businesses and have used them for years but will not be back. The picture is for size reference. I wear a ladies size 6 ring. Just pitiful.

I sent a get well bouquet (Timelessly Tranquil arrangement) to a close friend recovering from surgery. Hoover Florist knocked it out of the park. The flowers were delivered first thing today (Exactly when I requested delivery). The flowers are stunning. Truly. This is not a situation where you see one thing on the website and something much smaller/different is actually delivered. I had never seen "sandstone" roses before and they are simply gorgeous. Cannot recommend Hoover Florist enough!

The bouquet I ordered looked even better in person than online. Their website is a bit dated and could use a rework such as adding photos or examples of the different options within certain bouquets. Overall it's a good local florist!
