House of Flowers has been a business I’ve been using for years now. They deliver beautiful, quality arrangements and plants to a loved one I have in Lubbock TX. I live out of state, and have always been so happy and thrilled with all the florals I have contacted them for. They also deliver and have the most exceptional team at their location. I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all floral needs!

Ordered flowers online to the hospital for my aunt who is almost on her death bed. I called the flower shop this morning to ask if they could send a photo of the arrangement as my aunt doesn’t even own a cellphone and I wanted to see the flowers I paid $115 for. The lady who answered was rude and told me she would look out for my order but I never heard from her again. I requested on the order for them to “please deliver with kindness” as my aunt is very sad right now. After my encounter with the lady on the phone, I can only hope they were kind during the delivery. For $90 for simple flowers, a $15 delivery fee, and an added $5 tip I expected more, or at least some kindness. I order flowers for friends and family all the time and this shop clearly overcharges which is fine as the arrangement looked gorgeous on the photo from the website. But for that price, I don’t think texting a simple photo was too much to ask for, or maybe even showing the slightest bit of kindness on the phone. Next time when placing an order for family in Lubbock I will be sure to use another florist.

House of Flowers truly went above and beyond when I found myself in a bind. My original planner had a personal emergency and couldn’t do the flowers for my event, so I called House of Flowers hoping they could help on short notice (3 days before). They exceeded every expectation! Using the materials I had, they added just the right flowers and created the most stunning arrangements. Jessica, the owner, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding of the situation. She even sent me photos of the arrangements as she was working on them to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The level of care and attention to detail was extraordinary. The flowers were so beautiful that I sent them home with friends after the event to brighten their homes and spread joy. I can’t recommend House of Flowers enough for their artistry, compassion, and professionalism. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into something truly special!

House of Flowers has the kindest and most welcoming staff. I tried to go to a different florist and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. House of Flowers really brightened my day with their beautiful flowers and can-do service. Thank you so much!

HOUSE OF FLOWERS IS THE BEST!!! Casket flowers ordered online a week before the funeral never arrived - at 9A they put together a stunning arrangement in 30 minutes and saved the day! By 9:30A we had a beautiful arrangement for a 10A funeral! I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to their craft and their unbelievable compassion. They went out of their way to assist us and we are so incredibly thankful! I will never use anyone else in Lubbock!!! Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
