Ordered the most gorgeous peaches and cream bouquet. Accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery and the driver was really good at communicating and making sure the flowers got to the right place. Love that they went above and beyond! Highly recommend. Hard to find beautiful florals and amazing customer service!

I cannot say enough beautiful things about Erin, of House of Stems in San Diego. I found Erin on Google while planning my husband’s milestone 60th birthday dinner, and out of so many florists in San Diego, her business immediately stood out. Her website was clear, concise, and thoughtfully designed. The photos were detailed and honest, which made it easy for me to visualize exactly what I wanted. And something I didn’t experience with other floral sites. From our very first conversation, Erin truly listened. She understood my vision and gently elevated it with suggestions rooted in her experience, never pushing, never upselling. The payment process was seamless and transparent, with everything clearly outlined. She even offered different price options without knowing my budget, which made me feel respected and never price-gouged. Something that’s rare these days and I deeply appreciated it! What truly sets Erin apart is how far above and beyond she went. Not only did she create stunning florals for the dinner table, but she also helped execute every detail of my vision. She helped with coordinating items like an old-fashioned newspaper I made of my husband and a bday poster board...that I shipped to her prior, and she personally went to the restaurant for a walkthrough to address seating and layout concerns before my guests arrived. Because I live and work in Los Angeles and couldn’t be present leading up to the event, having Erin handle everything was priceless. I felt safe, secure, and completely at ease knowing she had everything covered while I was busy with clients. That peace of mind alone was worth everything. I happily paid her extra for her time and effort without her ever asking because her passion, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients truly show. Erin treats new clients like longtime ones, and it’s clear she takes immense pride in her business. From the flowers to every thoughtful detail, Erin brought my vision to life from miles away. Newspapers, poster board, restaurant walkthrough, seating stress handled with care, grace, and excellence. Another fantastic arrangement from House of Stemms! They consistently exceed my expectations and always go above and beyond to ensure the arrangement is exactly what I need. I've had poor experiences using national floral chains for sending flowers in the past - House of Stemms is so high touch and their customer service is amazing. Love that they also include a picture of the final arrangement, so helpful as a sender!

House of Stemms is truly my favorite neighborhood florist, and they continue to impress me every time I order from them. I recently requested an arrangement for a family member and asked specifically for white hydrangeas and all‑white flowers. The bouquet they created was absolutely beautiful and was very much appreciated by my loved ones. I called the House of Stemms on a Friday, for flowers on a Monday! Cutting it pretty close. Erin was sooo accommodating and patient. She walked me through the process to help me get an order placed in time. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful! Everyone was happy with the arrangement of flowers..
