Got in trouble so I swing in to pick up some flowers. I get in trouble quite often, so I know that it is hit or miss on what will be available when you arrive off the street into a flower shop. Sometimes there are a few things to choose from, and sometimes not. The shop was well put together making it easy to quickly see what was available to bail me out of my current... let's say "situation". The selection was very large. It took my some time to decide. I'm not accustomed to options. There was a gentleman there who helped me with pricing. He was very helpful. The flowers pictured were what I chose, along with a stuffed animal, and I was very happy with them, as was my wife. Super happy that I stumbled into this shop and, knowing my habit of needing flowers, will be black soon. I would highly recommend this location. My wife and I married after 45 days and we're still figuring one another out. Its been 28 years. Thanks to my ability to gift her with a quality gift yesterday, we may well make 29. If my wife stumbles across this review... I won't forget to take the garbage to curb again. This week. But if I do, I know a place.

Picked up a beautiful bouquet of roses and a cute bear for my wife’s birthday, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Houston Flower Shop had a great selection to choose from, and I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot if you need quality flowers and fast, reliable service!

I don't live in Houston, but I needed a same-day flower delivery for my mother's birthday who does. I stumbled upon Houston Flower Shop, and I'm so glad I did! From the very first moment, their customer service blew me away. Diane was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. She made it so easy to choose the right arrangement, walking me through options and even sending me photos to be sure I was completely happy with the final design. That level of personal care is rare these days, and it made me feel confident the entire time. Thanks to Diane and the wonderful team, I know exactly where I'll be going anytime I need flowers in Houston. They've earned a lifelong customer.

I needed some flowers for my mother’s birthday, but I’ve never bought flowers from a flower shop before so I didn’t know what to ask for, but the staff was very friendly and patient as they help me pick out the best option for my budget. I was very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely be back in a near future to buy again.

I had ordered flowers online for my anniversary. The flowers were not ready in time and they delayed the day they were supposed to be ready. I paid an extra feed of 15 dollars so that the flowers wouldn’t bloom yet. I picked them up yesterday and they were fully bloomed. I followed the instructions they said to care for them in hope for them to last longer and this morning I when I looked at them and half of them are dead already. 50 dollars is not worth for a bouquet of dying flowers!! So disappointed because it was my anniversary flowers and they also wasn’t ready that day that’s why i ordered online so that they wouldn’t be late.wont be buying from here again biggest disappointment. 😔 pics from when I got them yesterday and pic from this morning.
