I think it was the owner that delivered my flowers. I had forgotten my phone was on do not disturb. The owner, such a gentleman kept calling me to make sure I was home but I never responded. He still came to deliver my flowers and I greeted him at my door. The flowers are gorgeous and what great arrangement too! Thank you so much for climbing the many stairs to deliver the flowers. Much appreciated!

My husband surprised me with flowers for Mother’s Day and they are absolutely gorgeous. Probably the prettiest bouquet he’s ever given me for sure. They did a wonderful job and I’m super impressed with this florist. They also went above and beyond upon delivery when I was not home. Would highly recommend and use again 100%. Thank you so much!

I purchased a birthday bouquet for our adult daughter. Jane’s Roses was very responsive, had an easy to use website for ordering and the flowers were delivered same day. Most importantly, they were abundant and beautiful! Supporting a local small business makes my experience even more pleasant. Well done!

I was pretty sad about my bouquet. It was created in a way so it is only view it from a front - it always has to face one direction to fully enjoy the bouquet. When you order flowers I thought it would be a given that you can enjoy it on all sides. Maybe that was my mistake. I would expect for a nearly $200 bouquet that it would be more dimensional. I wish I could get my money back. Also, they delivered the wrong flowers and my flowers had to be redivided. Not sure if it was the florist or a third party that made that mistake. They did fix it pretty quickly. All that said, the flowers are very fresh and I hope they last. Not sure I will be ordering again

WOW a great service! I ordered a bouquet of roses from Jane’s Roses & Flowers for my SIL’s birthday, and the arrangement was delivered on time and made with fresh yellow roses. It was perfect! Thank you!
