The order was for a deluxe arrangement. Spent $100 for this? This is a deluxe arrangement? This looks nothing like the arrangement he put the order in for. I wouldn't recommend ordering on line from them. Reply to Jasmine's response: And that's how you respond? Very professional (-sarcasm). Regardless if the purchaser was a direct customer or not has nothing to do with the product you put together for an order, that you chose to fulfill from a third party. How about take responsibility for the poor ly made flower arrangement that came from YOUR shop.

I ordered a large arrangement for my wife and our anniversary. When they arrived, the flowers were severely wilted, and more than half of the stems were broken. I called FTD to complain and they said they would have a new arrangement sent. When it arrives it was the smallest version of what I ordered and the bulbs were rotted. Literally moldy. I called them up to discuss it and they were rude as soon as they realized that I was not placing an order. They argued with me and ultimately told me that they don't send their best stuff because it doesn't matter what I paid FTD, they only see 30 bucks of that. I said that is what you contracted for. You agreed to provide what FTD advertises. She argued that to send flowers for what FTD pays them is ridiculous and you get whatever they decide to send. Stay away, awful people.

Funeral for a baby, got spray painted flowers, i also asked for white, orange, and purple roses. Got only purple and orange. And like it was arranged beautiful but i paid 107 dollar for a dozen roses and i didnt get what i asked for. I had to go buy white roses cause i needed them to specify for the specific cancer;_; They still did theyre best tho.

This is what a deluxe bouquet look like. I decided to splurge a bit for Mother’s Day so I picked the Deluxe option for the “Mother’s Day Special” which was $75, $114 including tax and delivery since I’m out of state. Not only are the flowers not worth the price, they did not do a good job at making sure that my order went through. I called them several times trying to confirm an order and the person behind the phone just kept saying “Oh I’m not sure, I don’t see your order” or “I’m so sorry let me talk to someone” They finally found my order and sent it, but the flowers look like it was arranged last minute. I understand that Mother’s Day may be a busy holiday for florists, but my overall experience at this place was bad.

Jasmine Flowers came through for us last minute. After a previous FTD order failing to be delivered w/o any notice, and then canceled, I went online searching in desperation to get something out to my husband's grandmother in time for Christmas. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Jasmine Flowers on Google. I picked the "designer's choice" arrangement for Christmas, and love the way it came out. His Grandma loves it, too! Great value for what I paid and not to mention, it was delivered the next day after ordering in a timely manner, no issues whatsoever. I can't recommend this place enough.
