They made me a beautiful bouquet that fit perfectly within my budget. The flowers were fresh, arranged so nicely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this flower shop! 🌸

I recieved flower from this shop, the one in phoenix. These were birthday flowers from my sister in law. They never showed up on delivery date. Showed up the next day just left on the porch, with instructions not to do that. Flowers were wilted to start. Had mums in them that didn't last 4 days roses never open and dryed up. Needless to say another arrangement show up the next night left on the porch. Which I never got them until morning as I didn't know they were there. They also were not fresh flowers either. Shame on your delivery. And the quality of flowers. I also got flowers same arrangement from another florist that were beautiful. Shows its the work a florist puts into there arrangements.

Best customer service! I asked workers if they can take a picture of me with my arrangement in a beautiful area they set up in shop and they were more then happy to do it. They also helped me carry my arrangement to my car without me asking. Beautiful arrangement from my son!

I was expecting a beautiful succulent garden and personalized gift card for Father’s Day… Instead I received a glass bowl with plants randomly placed and a computer printout of the order as a gift card. See pictures below. The order cost me over $100! I reached out to 1800Flowers and received a partial refund. Don’t use this florist! And, specify to online third party providers that they are not to order through them.
