I don’t usually leave negative reviews for small businesses, but I feel compelled to here. I paid $55 (with tax) for a flower arrangement that simply didn’t match its value. For comparison, a similar $65 arrangement from California Beautiful Florist had better quality, more flowers (six roses instead of four), neat wrapping, and thoughtful presentation. At this shop, the guy behind the counter didn’t even cover the stems until I asked, and the paper covering the vase didn’t fit properly, leaving it looking sloppy. Overall, disappointing quality and poor attention to detail for the price.

Erika made my wedding flower dreams come true!! I could not believe how stunning out centerpieces came out--she made them even more beautiful than i could imagine! I started off with a vision in mind and she helped me decide which flowers I would work well and what it would all cost. Later down the line, I found a different idea and wanted to go in that direction, and she was so patient! I sent her inspiration photos and she understood my vision. She was extremely kind, professional, details, and answered every question I had. On our wedding day, she set everything up and the result was stunning!!! I could not have asked for a better florist. Thank you, Erika!

Last minute need for flowers. We were expecting just a couple of quick flowers, but in no time we had a beautiful bouquet. Fast and excellent work.

Lily Flower Shop is professional, efficient, and courteous and created for us beautiful, bountiful flowers. I found Erika 40 days before my wedding since a previous florist did not work out. I texted her a color scheme, description of the wedding arch, pictures of the reception, ceremony areas and she used her creativity and experience to create spectacular floral arrangements. She was able to do this quickly over the phone since I lived far away. She created two large bouquets for our wedding arch, eleven reception centerpieces, one bridal bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets, and four boutonnières. Everything was delivered on time and fresh. Erika is a true professional, very passionate and knowledgeable about flowers.

My photo studio is right around the corner from Lily Flower shop and on occasion we will have a shoot which requires flowers, often very specific types for the look we are trying to capture. Lily's always accommodates. If they don't have what we need in stock, they find it for us and we are never disappointed. Where another shop might just say "Sorry, we don't carry those", the staff at Lily will pick up the phone, call suppliers and find us exactly what we are looking for. We're lucky to have them right down the street!
