Expensive flowers that don’t last. Most reviews show images of Luna’s bouquets when they are first received. Here’s what they look like after a couple days. I’ve been gifted 4 or 5 arrangements from Luna Flowers and they have all been a disappointment. A bouquet from Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s, on the other hand, will look beautiful for well over a week. When I contacted the shop and shared photos, I was first told to change the water (which I had done), then asked whether the flowers were near a heater (they were not), and later told it might be due to cold weather. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was ultimately told that if I was unhappy, my “husband” should stop ordering from them. For a florist positioning itself as premium, flowers like this $220 bouquet should bring joy, not frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone who cares about quality, longevity, or customer service.

Today I’m bought flowers for my friend’s B-day in Luna flowers. Bouquet was fresh and fancy! Girls are preparing for Valentine’s Day and assortment looks cool. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Luna Flowers! The bouquet was absolutely beautiful — fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and delivered right on time. You can tell they put so much care into their work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique and elegant floral arrangements.

I've received 2 bouquets from Luna and they have both been absolutely gorgeous!!! The first was for my birthday, 50 roses, that lasted quite some time and smelled SO strong! The second, was of my favorite, peonies! I've never seen the coral charm kind and !!! They are exquisite! So vibrant and BIG! Both were packaged beautifully, in a very unique way. I've been very lucky to be gifted such beautiful flowers from my super sweet guy! Thanks to the Luna staff. 💜✨️

My boyfriend bought me flowers from this shop and they did have the flowers ready very fast and the flowers smelt amazing! But I could tell from the first day they were already dying, I’ve only had the flowers for three days and they already look like this… I had to throw out the white ones in the middle because they were completely brown by the 2nd day. Save your money and go somewhere else. The first two images are the flowers now, the last one is what they looked like the first day.
